This document (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the RiderFinder app and its services. By using any of our services, you accept this Agreement, which has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

Please note that these terms do not apply to any insurance policies distributed or administered through the app, nor do they affect the rights and obligations of you, RiderFinder, or any other party related to UK insurance contracts.

IMPORTANT: Please read this document carefully before using RiderFinder. Your use of the app or any services provided through it is subject to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using RiderFinder.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms establish a legal agreement between you (an individual or legal entity) and RiderFinder. You accept these terms when you use the app. We recommend printing a copy for your records. These terms remain effective from the date of acceptance until terminated by you or RiderFinder.

You cannot accept these terms if:

Free Trial

RiderFinder offers a free trial, allowing you to access all features of the app.

Right to Refuse Service

RiderFinder reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: misuse of the app, excessive resource usage, or violation of these terms.

Payment & Refunds

RiderFinder is provided as a free service. There are no subscription fees, and we do not issue refunds since the app is free to use.

New Features and Modifications

We may introduce new features or modify existing ones. Any changes will be posted on the app, and new terms will become effective upon your use of the modified features.

Cancellation

You may discontinue your use of the app at any time. No refunds will be provided for any unused features.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RiderFinder in accordance with these terms. You may not collect, use, copy, distribute, resell, or modify any part of RiderFinder without our explicit permission.

Notices and Claims

If you believe that any content on RiderFinder infringes upon your rights, please notify us.

Termination of Terms

RiderFinder may suspend or terminate this Agreement if you violate these terms or engage in illegal activities. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app.

Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

RiderFinder is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.

Confidentiality and Security

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the app.

Miscellaneous

These terms govern your relationship with RiderFinder. If any provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms will be published on our website. Your continued use of RiderFinder constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the Netherlands.
